How can I create marks using my digital camera?
I first started by trying to spell out the alphabet using my camera, I did this by using a slow shutter speed and the lights on the wall of a pub.
I then took photos on the train out of the window, using a 30 second exposure time and recorded the lights and views out of the window during the train journey. I believe these images would have been much better if taken in an area where there are more light sources and the area is more urban, as the journey from Southend - Stanford Le Hope was quite rural and there were not many light sources.
Following on from this idea I took images with a 30 second exposure in the car journey on the way home from the station.
